We came in for one cat and left with two. Best mistake we ever made.

FAQ

What are the requirements?

You must be at least 21 years old and able to provide a stable home. We ask about your living situation, your schedule, and any other pets. A home visit may be required for some animals.

What does it mean if a pet has the status "Reserved"?

A Reserved pet has an adoption in progress with another family, so we aren't taking new inquiries for them right now. Sometimes an adoption doesn't go through, and the pet becomes available again. If you have your heart set on a reserved pet, check back soon or send us a message and we will let you know if anything changes.

How much does it cost?

Adoption fees vary by pet and cover vaccinations, spaying or neutering, and microchipping. The fee starts at 500$ and is always less than the cost of these services at a vet. We will tell you the exact amount before you commit.

Can I meet the pet first?

Yes. We encourage it. A meeting lets you see how the animal behaves around you and your family. It is the best way to know if the fit is right.

What if it does not work out?

We want the adoption to last. If things do not work out, we ask that you return the pet to us. We will take them back and find another home.

How long does it take?

The process can take a few days to a week. It depends on how quickly we can review your application and schedule a meeting. We move as fast as we can without cutting corners.
